Workpiece Movable Beam Drilling Machine Standard Low Speed (Roller Feeding) 3

The advanced design of the spindle provides high axial thrust capability while minimizing heat generation. The front and rear bores of the outer casing and the outer diameter of the main shaft are completed in one operation. This ensures a perfect alignment between the hole and the outer diameter, thereby reducing bearing heat. We use only top-quality, high-precision bearings on the entire spindle. The two front bearings are separated by large spacers to enhance radial stability for large-scale cutting in hard materials. To ensure long life, each spindle is pressurized to prevent coolant contamination and is automatically lubricated to ensure precise lubrication and long bearing life.
