The machine is mainly used for drilling of large H Beam and U-steel. Three drilling spindle box position and feeding driven by servo motor, controlled by CNC system. And trolly feeding controlled by CNC , with high efficiency and high precision, widely used in building ,bridge and other steel structure industries .
Machine structure and configuration
1. Machine is mainly composed of bed, CNC slide table(three pcs), drilling spindle box (three pcs), clamping device, detection device, cooling system, chip etc.
2. The bed is square steel tubes welded together and done strengthen to the larger force structure of the bed, the completion of the weld artificial aging treatment, which ensure the stability of the bed well, thus ensure the accuracy of the entire machine.
3. Three pcs of CNC slide tables, respectively , located in fixed side , moving side and middle . with same structure , all composed of slide plate, slide, and servo driving system. Three sliding stage have a total of six CNC axes, including three CNC feeding axes and three CNC positioning axes, each of them adopts precision linear rolling guide , driven by AC servo motor & ball screw, which ensure the positioning accuracy well.
4. Equipped with three pcs of drilling spindle boxes , respectively, installed on the three CNC sliding table, do drilling of horizontal and vertical directions. Each drill spindle box can drill independently ,also can drill at the same time .
5. Spindle adopts precision spindle, high-precision rotation ,high rigidity . Equipped with BT40 taper, tool change easily , can clamp twist drill and carbide drill bit, with large application scope. The spindle adopts variable frequency control motor driving , for a wide range of using . Rotation speed is stepless adjustment, in large range, to meet variable rotation speed demand .
6. The machine is equipped with three sets of in-line tool changers, one set of tool changer with 4 tools, automatic tool change functions, high degree of automation. Enables drilling, tapping, light milling, marking and other functions.
7. Work piece fixing adopts hydraulic clamping, total with five hydraulic cylinders, do horizontally clamping and vertical clamping separately. Horizontally clamping is composed of fixed side datum and moving side clamp , the fixed side datum keep fixing, moving side clamping move slide table driven by a large cylinder, the linear guide guiding ,moving to the fixed side to realize workpiece horizontally clamping ; the vertical clamps , install on the fixed side and moving side , 2 pcs on each side , do up and down moving on four space through relative cylinder drive the lever. To do vertical clamping for workpiece.
8. This machine is equipped with work piece width detection and web height detection device, which can effectively compensate the deformation of the work piece to ensure processing accuracy; The two detection devices both adopt wire-actuated encoders, easy installation.
9. Adopts trolly feeding, driven by servo motor via reducing the speed through gear and rack . Equipped with laser alignment device, can detect work piece when workpiece feeding , then do feedback ,to realize workpiece precision positioning .
10. Cooling systems: Adopt atomization cooling ,with the function of inner and outer cooling , each drill spindle box all equipped with outer cooling nozzle and inner cooling pipe joint, which can be chosen as per drilling demand , and be using or simultaneously.
11. Chip : Adopt swivel caster as guide, carry easily.
