1. Maintenance of lead screw and guide rail
①Regularly check and adjust the axial clearance of the screw nut to ensure reverse transmission accuracy and axial rigidity. ②Regularly check whether the connection between the screw support and the bed is loose and whether the support bearing is damaged. If there are any problems, tighten the loose parts and replace the support bearings in time; ③Use the grease ball screw to clean the old grease on the screw every six months and replace the new grease. Lubricate the ball screw with lubricating oil, and refill the machine before working every day; ④Take care to avoid hard dust or chips from entering the screw guard cover and hitting the protective cover during work. 2. Maintenance of the drive shaft
①Regularly adjust the tightness of the spindle box and the spindle drive belt;

④Prevent various impurities from entering the tank. The oil is replaced once a year;
