Component maintenance

1. Maintenance of lead screw and guide rail
1 Regularly check and adjust the axial clearance of the screw nut to ensure reverse transmission accuracy and axial rigidity. 2 Regularly check whether the connection between the screw support and the bed is loose and whether the support bearing is damaged. If there are any problems, tighten the loose parts and replace the support bearings in time; 3 Use the grease ball screw to clean the old grease on the screw every six months and replace the new grease. Lubricate the ball screw with lubricating oil, and refill the machine before working every day; 4 Take care to avoid hard dust or chips from entering the screw guard cover and hitting the protective cover during work. 2. Maintenance of the drive shaft
