Vertical machining center is mainly used for machining parts such as plate, disk type, shell parts and mold with high accuracy, multi-process and complex shape. The Structural Features of Machine Tool
1. Overall layout of machine tools
VMC650 vertical machining center using vertical frame layout, pillar fixed on the bed, headstock (Z), move up and down along the column slide along the longitudinal mobile bed (Y), table along the slide transverse direction (X) structure.

3. Drag system
X, Y, Z axis guide adopt Taiwan Hiwin silver 28 mm wide linear rolling guide, dynamic and static friction force is small, wear small high positioning accuracy, high sensitivity, high speed small vibration, long service life and interchangeable, servo drive performance, improve the accuracy and precision of machine tool stability.
X, Y, Z axis servo motor by flexible coupling with Taiwan high precision ball screw straight league of silver, the decrease of the intermediate links, to achieve zero clearance transmission, feeding flexible, accurate positioning and high driving accuracy.
The z-axis servo motor has the function of automatic holding brake. In the case of power failure, the motor shaft can be automatically held to hold the motor shaft, so that it can not rotate and play the role of safety protection.
4. Spindle groups
The spindle group adopts the 10000rpm high-speed spindle of Taiwan, with the highest setting speed of 8000rpm, with high precision and high rigidity. The oil cooler is configured to cool the spindle. NSK bearings bearing adopts special of P4 level, a complete set of spindle assembly under the condition of constant temperature, after the completion of all through the dynamic balancing correction and running-in test, improve the service life and reliability of a complete set of spindle.
The main shaft can realize stepless speed regulation within its speed range, and the main shaft adopts the motor internal encoder to control, which can realize the main shaft orientation and the rigidity tapping function.
5. ATC Center
Adopt Taiwan disc type 16 knife library, installed in the column profile, change the knife dish driven by roller CAM mechanism and positioning, spindle position after arrived in the knife, knife by the manipulator device (ATC) finish send knife, knife and still ATC as the roller gear CAM mechanism, after preloading with no noise, fast accurate tool change process.
6. Cutting Cooling System
Equipped with large flow cooling pump and large capacity water tank, fully guarantee circulating cooling, cooling pump power is 120W, 20L/min large flow cooling pump, fully providing cooling.
The main shaft box is equipped with a cooling nozzle, which can be both cold and cold.

7. Air-operated System
Air-operated triplets can filter the impurities and moisture in the gas source, preventing the unpure gas from damaging and corroding the machine parts. The solenoid valve control system is controlled by PLC program, so that the main shaft, main shaft, main shaft clamping, and main shaft air cooling can be completed quickly and accurately.
8. Machine Tool Protection

10. Chip System
The iron cuttings produced during the process fall directly into the protection, and the internal bevel structure allows the scrap to slip smoothly into the chip slot and then be removed through the drawer.

1. Machining Center Mechanical Parts Maintenance items:
