Precautions:

Many friends have a misunderstanding in the cognitive five-axis machining center. They believe that the five-axis machining center is based on the three-axis machining center and adds two rotating axes. The two rotary axes first fix the cutting tool in an inclined position and then move and process it by the feed axes X, Y, Z. This type of machining is actually due to the fact that the fourth and fifth axes are used to determine the direction of the tool at a fixed position, rather than continuous operation during machining. Therefore, this is not a true five-axis linkage technology. The machining center of 3+2 axes can meet the machining operations that ordinary machining centers cannot. However, this is not a true five-axis machining center.
