The Structural Features of Machine Tool
(1) X-axis: worktable along the fixed bed, guide horizontal motion.
X-axis Transmission system adopts ac servomotor, after the gear reducer reduce speed, drive the gear rotation. It can realize the X-axis linear movement accurately.
(2) Y-axis: milling heads slide over beam, the guide rail horizontal motion.
Y-axis Transmission system adopts ac servomotor, after the gear reducer reduce speed, drive the gear rotation, It can realize the Y-axis linear movement accurately
(3) Z-axis: milling ram over slide, the guide rail moves up and down.
Z-axis Transmission system adopts ac servomotor, after the gear reducer reduce speed, drive the gear rotation. It can realize the Z-axis linear movement accurately.

(6) All gear for machine tool adopts hard tooth surface nitriding treatment, high hardness, wear resistance.

3.Maintenance of Electrical Parts of Machining Centers
(1) Clean the electrical components in the control cabinet, check and fasten the tightness of the terminal.

(3) Clean the servo motor fan blades.
(4) Clean the operating panel internal components, circuit boards, fans. Check the tightness of the connector.
