5. Chip removal chain plate is broken.


This situation is mainly due to the damage caused by the overload of the chain plate and the geared motor is still running normally. The main countermeasures are to relax the mechanical overload protector so that it can work normally. The overload protector slips when it encounters an overload situation, so as not to break the chain plate. Another method is to install an electronic overload protector and set a normal Current within the range, when the current is greater than this value, the circuit breaker is disconnected, thereby protecting the chain plate from breaking.


6. Iron filings often get stuck and cannot be discharged normally.

The main countermeasures are that the angled place where the chain plate passes must be made into an arc shape. A hard angle cannot be born, which is conducive to the discharge of iron filings. 7. Geared motors often burn out and have a short service life.

The damage to the motor is mainly due to the excessive current and the motor is overheated due to long-term overload operation of the motor. If the bearing of the chip conveyor causes the spindle to heat up, it is necessary to change or clean the spindle bearing. You can add an appropriate amount of lubricant to the bearing. When cleaning bearings, generally use kerosene or fuel for cleaning, and then evenly apply high temperature resistant lubricant, and then reassemble.
