First, thread milling

 

Thread milling is the use of thread milling cutters for the machining of large-hole threads, as well as the machining of threaded holes that are difficult to machine. Machine-clamping tools can process holes with a thread depth less than the length of the insert, and can also process thread depths greater than the length of the insert. a hole; and an integral cemented carbide cutter for machining a hole having a thread depth less than the length of the tool;

 

Thread milling CNC programming points: to avoid damage or machining errors.

 

1. After the threaded bottom hole is processed, the small diameter hole is machined by the drill bit, and the larger hole is cut by boring to ensure the precision of the thread bottom hole;

 

2. The tool generally uses 1/2 circle circular path to cut in and cut out to ensure the thread shape, and the tool radius compensation value should be brought in at this time.

 

Second, CNC machining center tap processing method

 

It is suitable for threaded holes with small diameter or low hole position accuracy. In general, the diameter of the threaded bottom hole drill is close to the upper limit of the diameter tolerance of the thread bottom hole, which can reduce the machining allowance of the tap and reduce the load of the tap. Increases the life of the tap.

 

Everyone should choose the appropriate tap according to the material being processed. The tap is relative to the milling cutter and the file.

 

Very sensitive to the material to be processed; the tap is divided into a through-hole tap and a blind-hole tap. The front end of the through-hole tap guides the length, which is the front chip discharge. The machining depth of the thread cannot be ensured when the blind hole is machined, and the front end of the blind hole is guided shorter. For the rear chip removal, so pay attention to the difference between the two; use the flexible tapping chuck to pay attention to the diameter of the tap handle and the width of the square must be the same as the tapping chuck; the diameter of the tap taper for rigid tapping should be with the spring The jacket is the same diameter.

 

The programming of the tap processing method is relatively simple, and it is a fixed mode. It is sufficient to add parameter values. It should be noted that the numerical control system is different, and the subroutine format is different. The representative value of the parameter value is different.

 

Third, the buckle processing method

 

The picking method is applicable to the processing of large threaded holes in box parts, or in the case of no taps and thread milling cutters. A thread turning tool is attached to the boring bar to perform boring. There are several precautions for implementing the picking process:

 

1. Start the spindle with a delay time to ensure that the spindle reaches the rated speed;

 

2, the grinding of the hand-milled thread cutter can not be symmetrical, can not use the reverse retracting knife, the spindle should be used to orient the tool to move radially, and then retract the knife;

 

3, the arbor must be exactly the same as the position of the sipe, otherwise it can not be processed by multiple arbor, resulting in disordered phenomenon;

 

4, when the buckle is pressed, the pressure can not be picked, even if it is a very thin buckle, otherwise it will cause the tooth, the surface roughness is poor, it should be divided into multiple knives;

 

5, the buckle processing method is only applicable to single piece, small batch, special pitch thread and no corresponding tool, the processing efficiency is low.

 

CNC machining center picking processing method is only a temporary emergency method. It is recommended that you use the thread processing method to process the tool to effectively improve the thread processing efficiency and quality, reduce the processing cost and improve the efficiency of the machining center.
